Since 2020, Rare Beauty Brands has partnered with key industry players to provide Black and Brown women-identifying founders the opportunity to raise non-dilutive capital, gain practical, hands-on mentorship, and earn prestigious retail distribution.
RBB
Volunteering
The RBB team regularly engages in meaningful community volunteer opportunities ranging from in-person events in our local communities to team-wide virtual events.
Environment
We know that to maintain the health of our planet and ourselves, it’s our duty to strive for sustainability. As a virtual company we’ve already dramatically reduced our impact on the environment by limiting commuting, travel and office energy use (not to mention providing great flexibility for our team).
On the product front, we have ensured that a majority of our products are biodegradable, have been upgrading to PCR materials, when possible, and we have staked out a leadership position in the recyclability of our packaging. See the progress we’re making on Patchology.
