We will earn the lasting loyalty of the most discerning skincare consumers.
We believe that the best skincare is earned, not engineered for attention. A brand’s first job is to deserve a place in someone’s routine. And its second job is to keep deserving it, every day, for years. Consumers don’t want more options. They want fewer, better ones: products they can trust, rituals they can keep, brands that don’t ask them to start over every season or viral moment.
We believe in patient brand-building and patient growth, supported by patient capital, because the things worth compounding take time. And loyalty is the ultimate metric. Not awareness. Not virality. The quiet, repeated act of a loyal consumer choosing us again and again. It is what proves a brand is worth keeping.
We are Forever Owners of Forever Brands
We embrace the power of each other’s unique strengths. We contribute, grow, and win together—both as a team and broader community.
We raise each other up.
We push boundaries with confidence—challenging assumptions, taking bold action, and owning the impact.
We ignite possibility.
We bring optimism and authenticity to every challenge, pursuing excellence and celebrating our accomplishments along the way.
We flourish as one.
Since 2020, Rare Beauty Brands has partnered with key industry players to provide Black and Brown women-identifying founders the opportunity to raise non-dilutive capital, gain practical, hands-on mentorship, and earn prestigious retail distribution.
The RBB team regularly engages in meaningful community volunteer opportunities ranging from in-person events in our local communities to team-wide virtual events.
We know that to maintain the health of our planet and ourselves, it’s our duty to strive for sustainability. As a virtual company we’ve already dramatically reduced our impact on the environment by limiting commuting, travel and office energy use (not to mention providing great flexibility for our team).
On the product front, we have ensured that a majority of our products are biodegradable, have been upgrading to PCR materials, when possible, and we have staked out a leadership position in the recyclability of our packaging. See the progress we’re making on Patchology.
